CubeCue is a cloud-managed cubicle status display system that allows users to:

  • Display real-time status information
  • Manage multiple display devices
  • Sync status across devices
  • Authenticate using QR codes

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload harmful or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

CubeCue and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wharton USA, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "CubeCue" is a trademark of Wharton USA, LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wharton USA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
